Do you offer a free trial?
We don’t offer a free trial but we do have a free plan where you get 150 responses every month. This should be enough for you to try out Wayyy.
Do I need a credit card for the free basic plan?
No, we don’t ask for any payment details for our basic plan, you’ll only be prompted to upgrade if you exceed 150 responses in a month.
Can I cancel at any time?
Absolutely, you can cancel your plan at anytime, without issue. We’ve made cancelling your plan as simple as possible.
Are payments secure?
All payments are completely secure. We use Stripe as our payment system. You can find out more about Stripe’s security features here.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Sure, you will only need to do this if you get more responses than your plan allows or if you want to use our custom domain/white label features.
Can I pay annually?
Unfortunately we don’t offer annual billing right now, but we do plan on adding this in the near future.
